OBJECTIVES

Create a pathway for Chinese OEMs to find opportunities in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.

Create reliable and sustainable supply chain partnerships between Chinese OEMs and Nigerian service firms.

Attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into the Nigerian Oil and Gas Parks Scheme (NOGAPS) built by NCDMB.

Enable NCDMB understand the incentives and minimum requirements that will entice Chinese Firms/OEMs/Suppliers to domesticate critical oil and gas value chain activities in Nigeria at designated NOGAPS sites, either directly or in partnership with Nigerian firms.
